The KLAUKE AHP-700 is a high-performance, battery-powered electro-hydraulic pump engineered to deliver a maximum operating pressure of 700 bar (10,000 psi) for driving single-acting hydraulic crimping, cutting, and punching tools. Designed for field and industrial applications, it combines portability, power, and intelligent electronic controls to provide fast, safe, and efficient hydraulic operation.
Its compact and lightweight construction, made from impact-resistant fiberglass-reinforced polyamide, ensures excellent durability while remaining easy to transport. The pump is powered by two 18V high-capacity Li-Ion batteries, allowing extended operating time and reliable performance even in demanding environments.
The AHP-700 features a large OLED display that provides real-time monitoring of operating status, battery condition, pressure, diagnostics, and maintenance information. Users can easily select operating modes for crimping, cutting, and punching, while the automatic retraction function speeds up repetitive operations. The Manual Retract Stop (MRS+) with teach-in functionality offers precise positioning for multiple crimping applications, improving productivity and accuracy.
For enhanced operator convenience, the pump supports remote control operation via cable and includes LED maintenance indicators, quick-connect oil-filled hydraulic couplings, and a padded shoulder strap for comfortable carrying.
